Data we collect
- Account and profile data: name, email, phone, city, industry, business information and links, Telegram username or ID, profile photo, language and interface preferences.
- Contact and marketplace request data: name, email, phone, message, product or programme interest, request status and related administrator notes.
- Learning and service data: programmes, products, events, tasks, goals, activity history, RSVP status, files, presentations, media and messages you submit.
- Authentication and security data: password hashes, login attempts, email verification and MFA records, reset tokens, audit logs, IP address, user agent, device and session information.
- Consent data: personal-data consent and cookie preference choices, timestamps, document versions, source, user agent and related metadata.
- Analytics data: page views, performance metrics, error details and product events only when analytics consent is enabled.
- Browser-side data: language preference, privacy settings and temporary analytics queue stored in cookies or localStorage.

Recipients and processors
We may share data with processors that help operate the service: hosting provider, email provider, object storage/CDN, Yandex Metrika if analytics consent is enabled, Telegram integrations, AssemblyAI if transcription features are enabled, and operational support tools. We require processors to protect personal data and use it only under our instructions or another valid legal basis. Administrators may access account, programme, marketplace, event, task and support data where needed to operate the platform.
International transfers
Data may be processed in: European Union, United Arab Emirates, Russian Federation, United States, and other countries where processors operate. For users in the EEA/UK, transfers outside the EEA/UK must rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, a Data Processing Agreement or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Your rights
Depending on your location, including the EU and UAE, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection to marketing or certain processing. Send requests to docs@entspace.com. We will verify the request and respond within the legally required period.
Deletion and export requests
For this version, export and deletion requests are handled by email. Account deletion is manually reviewed to preserve records required for contracts, accounting, security, disputes or legal obligations.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for users.
Complaints
If you are in the EU, you may contact your local data protection authority. If you are in the UAE, you may use the applicable UAE data protection complaint channels for your jurisdiction.
